Get Resistance update via PC?

Hey,
Does anyone know how to download the Resistance update(s) and install them via PC? kinda like being able to install demo games from PS STORE using PS3proxy, I just cant find a DL link. I have occasional drop outs in my internet, while not effecting online play, make the connection timeout and I have to restart. The furthest I've got is 76%.

I asked this over at PS3news and some idiot merged my post with another completely unrelated topic and when I pointed it out to him I found myself banned, what retards.

Sorry that happen @ PS3news but they can be some A-holes at time.Are you talking about the map pack i thought they pushed that back til next week?

Not the map pack. Just the general update needed to start playing online, Ive only just got my internet working correctly on my ps3 and when I go on it says an update is needed before I can play online. Im running FW 1.8 so thats not the update.
