So if i change my firmware i can be "unbanned" or at least get back on live? And if so, will the new firmware play all my already burned xbox 360 games?

No it won't unban you. Just stay with you have. It can only play stealth backups. Since you are banned at least one of you backs most likely isn't stealth.
