Losing pictures - D Box - Please help

For the last week i seem to be losing my picture on my D Box, it will work for a short time, then, the screen will freeze.

Unplugging and rebooting sometimes works, but most of the time all i get is the standar channels, BBC, ITV etc.

I am in the scotland area.

Anyone any ideas.

FTP to the box, go to /var/keys, delete nagrarom10.bin and nagrarom11.bin , reboot your box.
