hi guys, After i shut down my psp fully, when i start it up again i get a black screen with the umd drive making sounds and mem stick light flashing and it appears to restart itself every 3 seconds and does the same thing. the only way i can get it started properly is to boot up the recovery mode and select 'exit recovery'. this is really annoying, is there anyway i can fix this?
i am on 3.40oe-a and it is not the opening plugin.rco because i put the original on and it didnt work

It could be your topmenuplugn.rco
try getting a original topmenu plugin, seems like you have installed a 3.03oe topmenu without converting before you install on 3.40oe... lemme know if you have installed a custom topmenu plugin (the icons on your xmb)

it would be the best if you get a default flash0 folder.Did you messed around with a flasher or something like that?
