look at the swap switch tutorial so yes it is possible if u want to open up ur 600 dollar machine

and if u read it closely u will see that it is possible to play blu ray backups as well as ps2 backups im just not going to rip apart my ps3 thats still under warranty because i dont have a blu ray burner and my ps2 plays backups and it sits right beside my ps3

oooo u would have to by a blu ray burner too, i forgot about that,plus aint blue ray discs expesnive?
