Action Replay Max CD To DVD

Is it at all possible to convert the Action Replay Max CD so it can be burned to a DVD rather than a CD. The main reason I ask this is that my PS2 is being funny with CD's and won't play them, but still plays DVD's perfectly fine, so at the moment I can use the games but not the Action Replay.
