dvdcopy xpress, cannot write archive text

i have both dvdx copy and dvdcopy xpress but the latter will not work with any disc i get a message come up saying cannot write archive text? any help would be much appreciated as i am a very newbie to this exciting world.

go to the xcopy forum. It is a better place for questions about xcopy
