trouble with XBM 5.3 &iPREP

hi all, im having trouble with xbm & iprep.... for some reason it wont let me load any firmware but can i just make a bootable floppy, stick mtk flash on it and get my original drive key with the code:
MTKFLASH R /M BACKUP.BIN. im planning to use the new ixtreme f/w but is there a tool i can get just to transfer my drive key over to the hacked f/w? thanks

i havent used iprep yet..but i will test it to see if i can help...
iprep will only load IXtreme 1.0 it wont work with any other firmware...i downloaded it and it worked fine...
make sure you have .net framework 2.0
