i got 3.40 oe-a, is there any way for the psp not to display " corrup files" under the memory card? its annoying.

Yep. Boot into recovery mode (Start up PSP while holding L & R), then go to Configuration. There should be an option entitled "Hide corrupt file icons" directly under "Skip SCE logo"

I did this option but some corrupt files still show. =/
