I made a mistake. Dont reply to the other thread i made called "Is this right?" Reply to this one.

Basically im gonna make a backup copy of a ps2 game and i'm making sure i'm doing it right.

I have a dual disc drive, the top one is for inserting cd's and dvd's to load on the computer, the bottom one is for burning stuff onto discs, etc.

1. Put game in top drive, put blank DVD+R or -r disc in bottom drive.

2. Open dvd decryptor, Mode>Iso>Read, it makes an iso file

3. When it finishes, Mode>Iso>Write, select Iso file.

4. It will start burning, when its done, your done!

Is that right?

For future reference, the edit button is located at the top right corner of your post, next to 'link to this message'. No need to make 3 threads on the same subject. With that said, if you needed to add more information, simply replying to your original post would have been a better option.

Naturally your second drive which is capable of burning is also capable of reading, so technically you can use your second drive for both the ripping and burning process.

it is just as easy to use the one that can burn DVD's for the whole process, just switch the discs between the READ and WRITE portion.
