Megaman X4 PSX and 3.40 OE A Problem

I recently downloaded a working PSX eboot of Megaman X4 and it's not working on my PSP 3.40 OE A. I put the game folder (with the eboot and bin files inside) in the GAME file. When I go the the memory stick to run the game, the icon and the game music preview play, but when I hit X to run the game, get the "80000004 error" after the psp warning screen. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

How do I fix the PSX game by doing this? I don't understandt how to do this.

"3.40 edited "game_plugin.prx" for LOLSTATION - POPS FIX..

Just replace this "game_plugin.prx" with the "game_plugin.prx" in the "lolstation" folder..
