I have been using this software for quite some time and have re-installed it a bunch when I've had to wipe my computer. This time when I try to re-install it I get the following message: (7)the alloted number of activations have been used for this product
is there anyway to reactivate the program?

but you're best bet is to use better software like CloneDVD 2 + AnyDVD does all the newer movie updates for life the quality is great plus its very easy to use. theres a free 21 day trial if you want to download it and give it a shot

remember to use good blank media like Taiyo Yuden or Verbatim burning NO faster than 8x max on a clean machine without other programs running and updated firmware for you're drive/burner
