I have custom icons on my 3.03OE-C would they still work if I upgraded to 3.40 OE-A(3.30 OE-A I'm not particular)? Or would I have to put them again on the new firmware?

I'm not sure but i believe that the custom Icons on OE firmware below 3.30 won't work. There is a converter that will convert icons for 3.03 for 3.30/40, or you cpuld just download custom ones for 3.40
