Trouble making a multiple PS2 DVD Disc !!! PLEASE HELP!

I have tried to follow these to make a Multiple PS2 DVD Disc. But I´ve got a problem doing this with final fantasy x, final fantasy xii or kingdom hearts etc... When I tried to extract the contents of any of the ISOs i´ve created, the contents only have the size of 5MB or less... And first, the CD / DVD Gen 1.5 from sony maken trouble it says something with less sectors ... I´ve though it´s because the contents are too small then i´ve put a dummy file with 1 GB in there. Then i could create the *iml burn and so on.. When i tried to run this game on PS2 the loader start und i could choose the games and it loads... But then comes a black screen and nothin else. I think its because of the missing contents of the game.. Sorry for my worse english ^^ iam from germany. PLEASE HELP!!!
