Got a crystal Chip 2 SLE, unit plays ps2 fine but wont load ps1 . it sees it in the boot manager and loads the disc, but screen sits black (left it for over 10 min.)

is your sx wire connected to the right capacitor in your ps2?, and is it connected to the sx pad on your chip? That is the only thing I can think of....sorry, but I still have to get my chip to work...if I get it working I will see if I can figure anything else out for you.
