CB9.2 elf & uLaunch help?

Okay I'm having problems. Whenever I press O on the BOOT.ELF from mc0:BOOT/BOOT.ELF on uLaunch I get a black screen and my PS2 cd makes lots of noises.

My Stuff:
-NTSC PS2 v7/fAT w/Flip Top
-Swap Magic 3.8 CD+DVD
-CB9.2.elf (some rapidshare on a similar topic here)
-uLaunchELF v4.12 CD
-on CD is BOOT/BOOT.ELF = CB9.2
-the other 3 files
-I mean I changed the command so it'll load the BOOT/BOOT.elf
-CDGENPS2 3.0 to make an iso of the uLaunch including the CB92.elf/BOOT/BOOT.elf
-No flashdisk or HDD for PS2

Oh yeah I copied and pasted the BOOT.ELF from the CD onto the MC. I had to name the CB9.2.elf before I burned a CD because I can't rename on the uLaunch.
