need help with auto-installer eluxe v4 intallation/guide

Hi, after 2 days of downloading, I finally get auto-installer deluxe v4. So now, can somebody please tell me to install it into the mod xbox or point me to a guide how to do or copy to a DVD? I tried to turn my mod xbox into xbmc, but someone told that the xbmc is included in the AID v4 and all I have to do is install it in the xbox.
