Hi,

Before I buy some Ritek discs, can anyone explain something to me?

I noticed that Ritek make several lines of disks. They are either made with the G04 dye or the G03 dye and are Overprinted or not.

What are the differences between the G03 and G04 dyes and which one should I go for? I'm after reliabilty and compatibilty with players.

Does Overprinted discs make any differences with regards to quality and reliabilty. My understanding of Overprint is the dye is printed over the original as it had imperfections - is this correct?

Thanks for nay help given

I believed the G03 for 2x media and G04 for 4x media.

Thanks. I've found out that the G04 is a better quality dye that should give better results with regards to reliabilty and compatability.
