I am having a hard time trying to copy this movie. My computer does not recognize the dvd. The DVD itself is in good condition. I usually copy my movies using FAB and DVDshrink. Any suggestions as to what is going on?

I don't remember this one having special on it that may give some drives a hard time seeing it.
Have another drive or pc you can try it in?
You may just have a bad press and an exchange would probably be your bst bet.

Firmware on the drive up to date?
