Problems with MODE B

I am trying to flash a 47DJ
The problem is that Slax never says the drive is in Mode B
But I can get the green light to flash just by opening the drive
The drive is picked up in Windows but when I try to flash it the program gives me three reasons why I couldn't flash
1.Background Programs
2. Try in Safe Mode because its incompatible
3. Drive isnt really in Mode B
What to Do?

just make sure you have to newest version of slax, supported sata, and also you can try to put a disc in the dvd drive while attempting to flash.

when u switch on ur pc and as windows is loadingtry to ejectur dvd rom drive a couple of times so it opens and closes and stop then leave it closed once windows has loaded
