Does anyone know where I can get my psp modded in Melbourne? Am looking at working on some apps for the psp and would rather have the safety of a recovery feature.... just in case I totally stuff it :)

What's your psp's firmware. You might not need mod chip.

My other one has 3.4OE though, just that I would rather have a simple way of recovering from a fatal error I could cause

Then just stick with your 3.40oe one. 3.10 is useless. Cannot be downgraded at the moment. You have to use a mod-chip or swap motherboard. I don't know about your area, but there are couple of places on the internet will do it for you. (ebay)

Yeah I was actually after a mod chip for my other psp... found a place that does it though, http://www.acegamestore.com/ will supply and fit them for you
