could anyone help please ,every time i try to burn a film with santa i get a message saying dvd santa has encountered a problem and will have to close down, i have tried uninstalling and installing again but i still get the same message thx

To tell you the truth in my opinion dvd santa sucks and i would use ConvertXtoDVD it satisfies all my burning needs and its faster and i find the quality is better to.
