I found PSP with 2.80 I think,i mean letter on the box is L so I assume that is 2.80 right?
If so what are my options of downgrading and having games on the stick?

you can downgrade to 1.5 via 2.80 downgrader(doesnt require GTA UMD)
and then update to a custom fw ex.3.40 OE-a that allows you to play isos from stick
