Is it possible if I was to create an iso image using CloneDVD, and then, burn the image on Verbatim DVD+R DL using IMGBurn or Decrypter?


If not, is there a link someone can share on burning Double Layer DVDs.

Yep it sure it. Just open the iso from clone in ImgBurn. I'd use that one since it's a more updated burner than decrypter.
