Ok, i did a lot of searching but could not find a clear and definite answer. I have the 3.10 OE-A firmware on my PSP. Do I still need DevHook? If i do, then what version? Thanks for your replies.

OK lets think about it.

What does devhook do? Emulate firmware. So you could pretend you are in 3.03 while in reality you are in 1.5.

And what is custom firmware? There you go, its the firmware itself.

So why would you need devhook to emulate firmware, if you have the firmware? What would be the point of using custom firmware if devhook was need as well?

You don't need devhook at all, not even for ISO's. You just need to put your ISO's in the ISO folder and play them from the xmb.
