RMVB to .AVI How to?

I have a few RMVB movies that look great. I've never seen a better codec at the same bitrate.

Anyways I'd like to convert the RMVB files to AVI so I can play them on my Xbox.

Does anyone know how to convert? which program.

I searched the threads and a user said to use EO, but it will not work with RMVB only RM files.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
