Ok , i hane a program called peerguardian . It is ment to block my ip adress. Does this program really work? Do any ip blockers work?

You've misunderstodd the point of PG2.

ok get it, how do i set it up right because this thing kills my internet connnection every 20 mins about. Then i have to turn off the program and restart the modem.
