i dont know how to update my psp, and i can't connect it cause whenever i connect my psp, either connection 1 or 2, they just say there is a error (80410D07)

just get the firmware you want from here dl.qj.net
and put it in the game folder and update

i am not sure how to do any of the stuff u told me to do so i would like you to make it complicated and tell me every detail on how to do it from the beginning. i also have a memory stick with 32 mbs so it will hold i think.and my firmware is unknown but i think its really low and one more question, how do i downlode games like gta on this thing? i really wanna downlode gta vice and liberty city. thanks by the way for helping me up. do u mind leaving ur email on ur next message? if u have a msn leave that instead.
