Hi there, first post here :D

I've had my PS2 Slimline chipped (matrix Infinity) for a couple of weeks now. I was surprised to find out that I was able to play NTSC games on my TV, considering it can't even output 60Hz (it's a VERY crap TV, lol). So I can play NTSC games fine, in colour, with no buzzing or anything, yet I can't play Region 1 DVDs. Is there a way to do this on my chipped PStwo?

TIA, Pifko

Your only hope would be a region free media player. Something like DVD RegionX possibly. But you still may have some rpoblems because of the TV. Mine will play both NTSC and PAL games, but when it came to movies, even with DVD RegionX, i had a bunch of problems. Best to just get the movie for your region.
