Hi, I downloaded Ratchet and clank and tried to play it on my psp, but the game freezes on language selection screen. Any suggestions?

I have downloaded other games and they work just fine.

increase your cpu speed. should work then.
turn your psp fully off and then turn on with the R button held down to access recovery menu. change it from there.
