well do you have a mod chip? a DVD-Burner drive? If you DONT have a mod-chip you need a DVD-burn drive. If you do just DL Nero and burn the rom.

wont't work....xbox games are read outside-in so you have to read them with the xbox drive, and save them to the hd, then ftp them to your pc, and then write it in iso format....so I'm told anyway

yes thats correct but you dont need to save them to the xbox drive first, when you FTP into the xbox, you also have full acccess to the D: drive and you can pull the game data straight off the disc to your PC. then use craxtion to patch the xbe (if needed) and make the xISO, then burn it.

sorry really stupid question but.. do u have to plug the network cable into a router or can u just plug it in to your computer?

if you go straight to your PC you'll need a crossover cable, not a normal ethernet cable. but yes you can do either.
