i was cleaning my PS2 and my baby brother pull the top off unhooking the metal ribbon the makes the eject button and restart button work its unhooked from the PS2 i was wondering if anyone knows hoe to fix this please help!!!

What version PS2 do you have? I can then help you plug in the cable, as long as its not broken or ripped.
