Guide needed to Upgrade a 2.71 TA-082 Board to the LATEST Custom firmware....

I have got games that require 3.11 and above firmware, i am looking for a complete guide to safely upgrade my PSP to the LATEST Custom Firmware which supports playing of ISOs

I would not want to brick the psp..
