Ok, so first you need the following things: Action Replay for xbox, a computer, and xbox, and Splinter Cell.

Now first, you open up Action Replay and look to the right column. Click the + sign on online saves then on community saves. Click the + sign for Linux and click and drag the save "Install SID 4" to your memory card. Now go to Splinter Cell and click the + sign for the first one then drag "LINUX_profile" to your memory card. Now put the memory card into one of your xbox controllers and copy SID 4 and LINUX_profile to your xbox. Now put in Splinter Cell and select the "LINUX" profile. Then select checkpoints. Here is where you mod your xbox. First, you go to "Create MS backup." Then, when you're down doing that, go to "Create eeprom backup". Then exit out of that screen. Finally, go to "Install softmod." Choose one of the dual boot options and then choose one of the next options. I reccomend you choose UnleashX. Then, you have to turn your xbox off then back on. Leave the disk in. If it takes you to Splinter Cell, then open the disc tray then you should get a message saying that you need to press A to finish the softmod. Press it then there you go! Your xbox is now softmodded.
