Do you put custom icons on your 3.40oe-a psp the same way as you do on 3.03oe-c???

Yes, but you have to have the ones that work with 3.40OE-A. You will semi brick your PSP if you use a 3.03OE-C topmenu on 3.40OE-A. So just make sure you download a theme that is for 3.40oe-a. If you semi brick you can just recover but you may as well go around semi bricking.
