what is the difference between the psp 3.40OEA and the psp 3.03OEC? which is better?

3.40oe is the latest, has more bells and whistles if you will.

3.40OEA Because, some of the latest games require 3.40 and it has some fixxed bugs etc.
I'd go with 3.40oea.
