how do i play .cso's on my 1.5 psp?
If i use use OE firmware can i go back to 1.5?

you need a loader such as devhook or fastloader to play cso/iso's on 1.5-with custom firmware however, you do not need a loader-just play from memory stick by selecting games from the psp menu-and you could revert back to 1.5 if need be.

You can easily recover back to 1.5 if you want to. Just use hexitnow's recovery winstaller and then to into recovery mode and go run program at psp/game/recovery/eboot.pbp.
