Play iso/cso files with irshell 3.01

I searched and looked around for a couple hours on this site, so I gave up and decided to make a thread, so...

I have a version 3.40 oe-a firmware and irshell 3.01, and I can't figure out how to run an iso or cso file from the memory card using the launcher in irshell, the xmb launches it, but I want to use irshell, when I try to run any game with irshell it goes straight to the xmb.

Could anyone direct me to a post that haves my problem solved or posibly just tell me what to do? Thanks.

Why would you need a loader when the same Firmware loads the ISO and CSO without the need of any loader? I dont understand the need of it

I want to use irshell as my xmb, (I have it set to auto start irshell when the psp is on), it is more useful and I want to listen to music as the game plays and use my computer to control the game instead of using the psp's controller. I know how to load iso's through usb, I just want to know how to run isos and csos on my mem card using irshell.
