Hi all need your help please.
I bought a new box with HDD in and am having a little issue.

The model i have .

This is the twin tuner model and not 'thebox'

Does anyone have a working model?

I have updated the software with BoxPVR_E_v3000_27May that came on the disk when i bought it. This completed and rebooted.

then i go to scan channels and get nothing .. when i do an auto scan it has no signal and just says 'unlock'
signal and qulity % is 0 and so as far as i can see it is receiving no signal?

Should I expect to have signal strength when tuning if I have the wrong software?

I have tried entering the keys in .. but am don't think i should be doing it at this stage anyway.

I have also tried StarViewPVR_v1137_29Mar2007_Test that came on this disk too but can't see this does much when i update from it.

Can someone please point me in the right direction please.
