Most of my channels are out of sync with sound and vision by about 2 seconds It rights itself after after 15min aprox, can this problem be sorted? also no sound on some channels I deleted one of these channels and manualy scanned channel but the channel did not reappear, can anyone help?

go to manual scan and scroll down to network scan press right arrow to enable this then press ok. that should find any missing channels.
