i programed the box and connected it up and it displayed updating codes then it came on 5 mins later that was a week ago.i hadnt got the box connected at all since then.but when i pluged it in today its just saying updating codes its connected properly and ive learned they have changed the codes since i had it unpluged but it should update itself.my mate also said his is the same anyone any ideas.....

switch channels to sly sports 1 and it should update.
