Could be two things. Either your PS2 cannot your PSX games or PS2 blue-colored CD-based games well enough, hence, the inability to boot your CD game. Also, don't type it in initials. Makes it harder to know what game you're having specific troubles with. You're lucky I have both Metal Gear Solid 3 Subsistence and Marvel Vs Capcom 2 to discern those abbreviations =P.

Anyway, another reason why you can't boot your CDs could be your Swap Magic CD version was bad burn. Testing it out on another PS2 would be a helpful in determining if it was a badly burnt.

So all your games are original and you're trying to play them? I'm guessing you have a PAL PS2 and playing NTSC region games I suppose? Anyway, a common problem you could have might be your PS2's laser and reading certain types of games; notably, CD or DVD games. By any chance do you have an old fat PS2 like a v9 or something? Check your PS2's version here

By the way, MGS3 and MVC2 are both originals and not burnt copies you were trying to play, correct?

yea that it right but i found out that the problem is that the swap magic cd had to be a real bad burn because i put in my computer and it loads up crazy taxi files and no i have a slim model v14

So you have a v14 slim PAL PS2, then? It's not that uncommon of a problem actually to found Crazy Taxi files as a bad burn. I remember hearing about it here. And if you looked at the first thread, I would also suggest converting your PS2 CD-based game Marvel Vs Capcom 2 to DVD so you can avoid the hassles of playing blue-colored games in general. I had an unexpected early death playing those type of blue disc games when I went crazy playing Romance of the Three Kingdoms, Dynasty Tactics and so forth with my laser now hardly able to read CD games anymore only with a 5% success rate literally. If you're interested in patching CD to DVD, you can check here for reference or use hursty's guide here.

Edit: and if you're interested in not wasting a mere DVD for one really small game, look over here on how to make a multi-game compilation.
