I am trying to flash and ms 28 drive with the bad flash method. I was able to read the orig.bin fine, but I am having trouble flashing it with the hacked.bin. I have a via chipset I got from newegg. Here is what I am doing:


Turn pc on and xbox 360 on.
THe pc boots to usb and I get the dos prompt
I type mtkflash w /m /sata hacked.bin
I get a list of m y ports, one is the xtreme
I turn off the 360 and count to 10(I have tried different counts as well)
When I turn on the 360 I get the error:
ERR:fail to open input file!

I have been at this all morning, can anybody suggest anything.

have you made the hacked.bin? you know you have to copy your key into that firmware and then flash it right?
