i have a 1.5 psp using a device hook firmware emulator, that emulates 2.71 how do i update the device to 3.10 or higher.

use the link in my signature that says upgrade from 1.5 to 3.03 oe-c i believe it has a winstaller in that thread for 3.10 oe-a as well that you can use.
