I dont know how to do anything with my psp!! Its version is 1.51

I dont know how to do anything with my psp(like download songs, movies, etc.) The version of it is 1.51.

Your in luck! What you need to do is downgrade your PSP from 2.00 to 1.5.(update to 2.00 first) Then update to custom firmware 3.40OE-A. You will get the most out of your PSP that way. Just search for guides. Here's a link to the 2.00 downgrader, and the 2.00 update:

Update:
http://dl.qj.net/PSP-Firmware-2.01-File-.../281/catid/163.

Put the update on your memory stick in the folders like this;
Removable Disk (X)/PSP/GAME/UPDATE/

Search for guides to downgrade, and for more help. I have to go though.
