try these settings dude. they worked for me when i was having problems

Recovery Mode > Configuration
Use No-UMD - DISABLED (Remember to put a UMD in the drive)

Recovery Mode > Advanced > Advanced Configuration
Plain Module in UMD/ISO - ENABLED
Execute BOOT.BIN in UMD/ISO - DISABLED
Use isofs driver also in UMD-inserted mode - DISABLED

Your flash1 is corrupted. You need to get a flash1 formatter. Or you can just go to toggle flash1, delete your flash1. When you exit from recovery, your psp will get a blue screen of death, and restore the original flash1 for you.

#1: 2.81 -> 3.03 -> 3.11 DoH (no more :D)
#2: 1.00 -> 1.5 -> 3.03oe-c
#3: Ceramic white 1.5 -> 3.03oe-c -> 3.40oe
Whatever happens, happens...

You need to have usb plugged in and connected to your computer. When you toggle flash1, the flash1 folder should pop up from you pc. then go from there

Make sure settings are as stated by alyt.

You can try changing your kernal to 1.5/3.4
Try a different memory stick if you have one.
