Is there any device that will let me flash my samsung drive with my laptop?A sata card that i could use with my laptop to flash to ixtreme?

yes, they have SATA cards for laptops, you need to check into which one may be compatible to flash but i know they make them.
do some research on PCMCIA cards.
they make them with all different ports including SATA.
