i need help (those who have TMPGenc 4.0 xpress)

ive had TMPGEnc 4.0 for a while now but only recently encountering problems i have this and use Nero to burn the dvds when im done

i bought TMPGEnc to simply move the subtitles of anime up so that it could be read you know by changing it to 16:9 NTSC (BTW Does anyone know any other programme that will do this)

anyway now it wont work for some reason it says it can only find the audio of any show i try to encode

so anyone know what i may be doing wrong now id appreciate any help

BTW does anyone know if Nero is the best tool to use with TMPGEnc 4.0 or what do you use and is it just me or does TMPGEnc not seem to work at all unless you have some dvd burner software installed i'e for me it wouldnt work after i had my system wiped due to a virus when i reinstalled TMPGEnc 4.0 it wouldnt work untill i installed Nero is this normal for this software
