hi, please help me, star....b

today i down put in new soft ware 400 it fine ,BUT when i uplaoding channels box stock.only just one light on nothing move. try few times but is sitll same.please help me but shell i do.
i try to download new new soft ware.Downloading go 100% then after flash burning. after few min say on screen flash up date fail...d I dont no but shelli do. please help me. or please sent me email. Thank You.
