i am new to DVD Burning. I want to customize and integrate a DVD Burner with my application but i don't know which one i can use. My requirement is I want to create a Video DVD of a WMV File with these features ?
a. Background (Choose a background image (skins) or add a custom background. Default should be the same background chosen for the video)
b. Layout (Vertical Left, Centered, etc?)
c. Menu Title (Edit title and change font size, style and color)
d. Chapter Title (Edit chapter title and change font size, style and color)
e. Video Thumbnail (Default is first photo in video. Need ability to change thumbnail)
f. DVD Writer (select DVD burner)
g. Disc Speed (1x, 2x, 4x, 6x, MAX)
h. Disc Format (NTSC, PAL)
i. Video Quality (Normal, High Quality)
j. Copies (Select number of copies)
IS THERE ANY SDK WHICH PROVIDE ALL THE FEATURE.
OR I HAVE TO USE DIFFERENT SDK OR OPEN SOURCE FOR DVD AUTHORING AND BURNING PROCESS.
well first your wmv file(s) you need to encode/convert them
to mpeg-2/dvd-VOB...otherwise aka dvd files
software is personal pref. i use vso's converter i got it
here awhile back for free hasnt failed me yet.
A-E couldnt help you not much on editing/cropping footage
F.. well obviously you have a dvd burner
G.. keep burning/writing at 4x or less unless you are positive
on good quality media, which "most" stores unless online dont sell
I. i would assume high quality is prefferred...
J. copies 1 master when done, use other software such as Nero Rom
to make additional copies..copy disc2disc directly
H. oops... well format depending where the final product is gonna be
played Ntsc= US PAL= Europe/UK (sorry closest guess)
